  1.                 End User License Agreement

  3.     By installing this software product, you agree to the following legal
  4. agreement between you and Rainy City Computer Products. Installing this soft-
  5. ware indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  7. 1) License - This License Agreement grants you one license to use this software
  8.      on your Personal Computers (PC). Because of the special nature of the pro-
  9.      duct (requiring 2 PCs to function), this license covers up to 3 PCs. In
  10.      the case of institutional, government or corporate usage where the software
  11.      is installed on many PCs, one license is required for every 2 PCs. You may
  12.      not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive
  13.      source code from this product.
  14. 2) Transfer - You may transfer this license to another party only if that party
  15.      agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You may transfer
  16.      this license only if you permanently destroy all copies of the software in
  17.      your possession. You have no right to sub-license or loan the software.
  18. 3) Title And Copyright - Title, ownership rights and intellectual property
  19.      rights to the software shall remain with Rainy City Computer Products. The
  20.      software is protected by United States and international copyright laws
  21.      and international treaty provisions. Do not remove or alter any notice of
  22.      copyright, trademarks or other proprietary rights.
  23. 4) Term - This license is effective until terminated. This license and your
  24.      right to use the software terminate automatically if you violate any part
  25.      of this agreement. You agree upon termination, to immediately return or
  26.      destroy all copies of the software.
  27. 5) Limited Warranty - Rainy City Computer Products has made reasonable efforts
  28.      to confirm that it will perform in normal use on compatible PCs. Due to
  29.      the inherently complex nature of software, Rainy City Computer Products
  30.      does not warrant that the software is totally error free or is compatible
  31.      with all configurations of a PC's hardware and operating systems. Accord-
  32.      ingly, the software is provided as-is and you assume all risks associated
  33.      with its use. As your sole remedy for any breach of warranty, you may
  34.      return the software to the licensed distributor where purchased, for a
  35.      refund of the amount you paid, provided you return the software within 30
  36.      days of purchase along with a letter certifying destruction of all copies
  37.      in your possession. Rainy City Computer Products makes no other warranties,
  38.      express or implied on this software or its fitness for any particular
  39.      purpose. All warranties will terminate within 30 days of purchase. In no
  40.      event will Rainy City Computer Products or its licensed distributors be
  41.      liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, including without
  42.      limitations, loss of income, loss of information or damage to a PC's hard-
  43.      ware or software. In no case shall the liability exceed the amount paid for
  44.      the software.
  45. 6) General - This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and
  46.      Rainy City Computer Products and supercedes any previous oral or written
  47.      agreement. Rainy City Computer Products is not bound by any actions or
  48.      statements of its independent distributors.
  49. 7) Export - You agree not to transfer the software if it is in violation of any
  50.      laws, orders or restrictions on export from the United States.
